Staying at this luxurious hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the stunning views of the jungle from my balcony. The hotel's location on a hill overlooking the river made me feel like I was in a secluded paradise. The room was large, clean, and exuded a sense of luxury. I particularly loved the private jacuzzi, which provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Plus, the free shuttle service to the nearby town was a convenient way to explore and experience the local culture.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel's breathtaking views, impeccable service, and convenient amenities make it the perfect choice for a memorable getaway.

The view is impressive. The infinity pool is great and looked clean. The whole complex looks very luxurious. Breakfast was fine.
The couple massage was a little hectic and a little rough.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a serene environment. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a spacious and clean deluxe room with a private jacuzzi that offered a stunning view of the mountains and the river below. The restaurant staff's attentiveness and food quality was excellent, with an option to request custom dishes. With a free shuttle service to and from the city center, transportation was extremely convenient. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was polite and prompt with requests.
Nothing that I did not like.

Great service. Great setup. Brilliant rooms. The breakfast was okay, but not outstanding. As announced, the location was further away, but this was quite feasible due to the shuttle service. But it was pure silence!!!

This hotel is really great, and accommodation, food and staff are wonderful! It's located at an outstanding position in the mountains where you have a exciting view over the small valley and the creek. The impression of the resort is best I've ever seen, no big crowds of people, they all disappear in the flora that fills the area; the feeling of being on a market place that some big hotels give, is perfectly avoided due to the amount of small semi-closed spots of relaxation. If you're looking for recreation, you're at the right place!
It could need some more street signs, because it's a little hard to find. I was missing the WiFi in the rooms, only available at lobby and restaurant.

I had a wonderful business trip experience at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with the mountains in the background, which helped me relax and enjoy my stay. The staff was also friendly, always greeting me with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the nearby town center, which saved me time and money.
The bathroom in my room could have been cleaner, and the air conditioning unit was not as efficient as I would have liked. Despite these small issues, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other business travelers looking for a great view and helpful staff.

We were planning to stay there for two nights for our honeymoon. Checked out immediately after one night! Nothing to be liked..
Rijasa is an overpriced budget hotel! USD133 per night would have bought us a proper 4-star hotel in Ubud, not this dump. The hotel has probably not been renovated since the 1980s. We arrived late at night on our first and only night - the hotel room floor was dusty when we checked in, my wife had to ask housekeeping to clean the room again. The staff claims that Rijasa is a 5-star hotel but the entire hotel screams no star budget hotel - cheap toiletries, cheap bedding with two old pillows, hotel doors do not even have latches - and they provide one old fashioned key which you need to lock from the inside or outside. Breakfast spread was stale fried noodles and fried rice - not the usual proper breakfast spread in a real 5-star hotel. There wasn't even an eggs station.. My wife and I could not sleep in such a shabby room and dared not even shower in the ill-maintained bathtub. As soon as morning came, I went to reception to question the staff about the quality of the hotel. When asked if Rijasa was a real 5-star hotel, the staff at reception answered 'yes, Rijasa IS a 5-star hotel but not officially listed as 5-star for taxation reasons'.. what rubbish!.. We checked out and moved to nearby Alila Ubud right away - paid USD40.00 more per night but got a genuine 5-star experience.... the difference between Alila and Rijasa was like heaven and hell...

The staff did try eventually to accommodate us in a little better standard of room. The staff wre friendly
for the cost of the room we were charged we were very disappointed. We were given the cheapest smallest room in the hotel. It looked nothing like the impression the web site gave. They initially wanted to charge us to move to another room but eventually moved us at no cost. Our bed linen was not changed during our stay until we asked. The fridge in the room was not working well. All the other accom booked on line for this trip exceeded expectations and was no more expensive.I feel this hotel is over priced for cost. What protection do customers have when they arrive and are not getting value for money as we wre told there was a no cancellation policy.I would like your comments thankyou

The view from the pool is breathtaking, one of the most impressive views in the area. the staff is friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus to and from the hotel is very convenient. the free minibar in the room is a nice touch and the breakfast options on the second day were great.
The location is far from Ubud center and not within walking distance. the transportation options from the hotel are limited and the walkway and stairs to the villa can be dark and scary at night.

We stayed at the hotel located in the jungle and were delighted by the views of the mountain river from the infinity pool. It was just a short drive away from the peaceful Ubud Palace and surrounded by beautiful nature on individual banks. Our room was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely balcony with a hot tub. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a wide range of options.
There were a limited number of chairs by the pool, which could be an issue during the busy season.
